Terms and Conditions for Live Training Course

1. Agreement to Terms By enrolling in this live training course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in the course.

2. No Refund Policy Due to the live nature of this training course, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once payment has been processed.

3. Payment Terms Payment for the course must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan. If you choose the payment plan option, you agree to complete all payments by their due dates.

4. Revocation of Access Failure to make timely payments will result in the revocation of your access to the course information and materials. Access will only be reinstated once all outstanding payments are made.

5. Course Access and Participation Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the live training sessions and course materials. It is your responsibility to attend and participate in the sessions.

6. Intellectual Property All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other content, are the intellectual property of 3 Element Designs. You may not distribute, copy, or share these materials without express written permission.

7. Confidentiality You agree to keep all course information, materials, passwords, access to course platform and discussions confidential and not to share them with anyone who is not enrolled in the course.

8. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be  communicated to enrolled participants.
